Second Chance Saturday China Glaze – It’s Alive

Hello there!  Exciting plans for the weekend?

I thought I would delve a bit deeper into the stash this time and show you one of my older Halloween edition polishes that I just adore.  This is It’s Alive from China Glaze Halloween 2011

Its a lot of greenygold glitters suspended in a green/black base. Its awesome.  I just love this colour combination.  Its very Halloween, it reminds me of glistening green monster skin.  Formula was good, even though I have had it for a couple of years.  What you see above is two coats over Glisten & Glow Stuck on Blu! and a nice coat of Glisten & Glow HK Girl.

Sparkly is what you get in abundance here and glitter is something the China Glaze do well. It is a complex as it looks in the pictures.  I’m not sure on its availability, but I am guessing it was limited edition, meaning that your best bet is either to trade or purchase via eBay.

What do you think?  Wish you had picked this up?

China Glaze – It’s Alive! Hallowen 2011

Halloween Nails, courtesy of China Glaze and It’s Alive.  A wonderful goldy glitter suspension with a murky gray base.  Looks. To. DIE. FOR!! Applied like a dream, a bit gloopy once the brush had been out of the bottle a while, but when I chipped a whole piece of my nail (note – don’t use your nails as tools stupid!), super easy to plug the gap and you would never notice.

Plus, better picture non?  I love my fingerless gloves……
