Another Nella Milano shade to share with you today, this one is Iron Spring a neutral shade, described as steely-browny-grey….

IMG_7261I’ve already done a review of this polish, and you can check that out here!  This is SUCH a great shade for that late summer/autumn transition period.

On the website you can search by collection, there are eight sets and one set of top and base coat www.nellamilano.com.  You can also visit the brand on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook to keep up to date with releases and current shades.  The price point is £8.95.  But this week, Iron Spring should be on offer for £4.95, so if you like the look of this, this is the week to take the plunge and buy!

MoYou Tropical Stamping Plate 04

2015/01/img_7271.jpg

I have had a bit of a weekend playing around with my stamping plates and the like. I was quite taken with MoYou Tropical plate 04, as you can see above, its got some great flowers and greenery images.

Below I have stapped using Colors By Llarowe Black Gold Texas Tea, which is just perfect for stamping, over a base of Nella Milano in Iron Spring. Wow, I love a holographic stamp! Will be trying this again as soon as I can!

I have a Nella Milano polish to share with you today, this one is Iron Spring from the Misty Morning collection.  It is a neutral shade, described as steely-browny-grey…. anyway, that aside let check out some pictures.

I have to say, I am impressed once again with the formula on this range.  What you see above it two coats, based with Nailtiques 2 and then topped with Nails Inc 45 Second Kensington Top Coat.  Formula was creamy and went on well.  Two coats is perfect for full coverage.  Its a shade akin to Chanel Particuliere, so if you don’t have that, this would be an excellent subsitute.

Nella Milano were launched in early December 2014 at The Clothes Show Live.  In their own words ‘Made in France, Nella Milano nail lacquers are colour rich and long-lasting, making it very easy to keep your nails naturally chic at all times.  Nella Milano stands for effortlessly stylish, elegant and fashionable.  There is a Nella for any mood and personality and Nella Milano colours will perfect and complement any individual style.’

The website is now up and you can search by collection, there are eight sets and one set of top and base coat www.nellamilano.com.  You can also visit the brand on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook to keep up to date with releases and current shades.  I understand that the price point is £8.95.

I liked this so much, the following day I stamped over it (come back later this week to see that!) and I can happily report that the staying power of the polish is good.  Two days without any large chips.
