A few things to show you in this edition of Spotted!
First up, yet more of those Caviar Bead things, this time from George at Asda. You know a trend has crossed into the mainstream when you can pick it up with your fruit and veg.
Then, the new Salon Pro Kate Moss polishes. Lots of usual colour lines here, nothing that screams BUY ME NOW, although the formula could be awesome. Not sign of them yet on the Rimmel website.
Bottle Shots here.
Then the Barry M Nail Art Pens that are getting bloggers all excited. Available now on the Superdrug website for £.499 each.
Finally. MORE of those Nail Caviar things and new Salon Shine polishes from 2True. At first glance I thought someone had misplaced the Gelly Barry M’s but no. Its a new line. Salon Shines are £4 and 3D Candy Art are £3 each.
So there you have it, some new things in the stores now. What’s fallen into your basket?
Hey! Hope you are having a good week so far. Seems that the new collections are slowly seeping out into the high street. A couple of days ago I spotted these new Rimmel nail polishes. As you can see, the theme is cocktail and they all appear to be highly pigmented glass flecked polishes. There appears to be three in the collection at this time. That purple one is duo chrome/glass fleck goodness!
The orange one is Shirley Temple, the red one is Baby Bellini and the purple one is Hawaiian Punch. In the promo stuff on the stand, I’m not sure if that is a blue one off to the edge or just a (badly) edited version of the purple. Guess we wait and see. Also out at the same time are new ScandalEyes, which you can see in the image below. Quite fancy one of them.
Anyway, the polishes are a bit of steal at £3.99 and they are already up on the Boots website for purchase. They also appear to be running a 3 for 2 on Rimmel products so now would be a good time to take the plunge if you fancy them.
A few more new things slowing creeping their way into the stores near me. First up we have a new display for L’Oreal, not sure if there are any new colours here but they all look pretty pedestrian to me.
Then, at the Look Beauty stand, I notice a single new polish. Top Tropic, a lovely glitter poish
Then I finally saw two of the Rimmel Precious Stones polishes, these are dead on dupes for two of the Sally Hansen Gem Crushes, the black on being Glitz Gal – I have previous posted about that one here.
Finally, for your viewing pleasure, a new Boujois stand with Halloween themed colours, but nothing new to my eye.
A few new things for this edition of Spotted!
First up we have nude nail polishes from Rimmel, seen above, two colours one creme and one slightly more shimmery. Plus top coat in this display
These two images of are the newly released (in the UK) Metallics from Maybelline. Metallic Gold, Silver and Bronze in the Forever Strong range. Very Olympic!
And finally, for your viewing pleasure, five of the six new Barry M releases. From the left, 339 Gold Glitter, 337 Pink Silver Glitter, 338 Silver Multi Glitter, 340 Aqua Glitter and 341 Cappuccino.
See anything you fancy?
